Refunds & Cancellation Policy

All Cancellations must be made in writing either by e-mail or by text. Cancelations by phone alone will not be honored. Cancellations must be in writing in order to clear up any miscommunications or misunderstandings. This policy is to avoid double booking errors or date / time change errors. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your charter date or no show on the day of your charter you will be charged 100% of your deposit. Please be courteous and give us enough time to re-book the date and we will work with you.

Refund Policy

Deposits or payments are fully refundable if the captain cancels due to wind, high seas or stormy weather and the decision to cancel is made the night before your fishing trip or while standing on the dock and we are unable to reschedule. We want you to have a memorable, fun time and if the weather appears to be unsafe or too rough we will try to reschedule your trip. If we cancel due to weather and are not able to reschedule due to continued bad weather, your travel schedule or our previous bookings then your deposit will be refunded in full to your credit/debit card via Stripe.

Trips that are canceled by you, 72hours or more prior to the departure time on your trip date will be refunded in full.

If your trip is cancelled less than 72hours prior to departure time, we will be happy to work with you to try and reschedule the trip and apply your payment(s) to a new date. If we are unable to find a mutual date or you cancel the trip completely then your deposit is NOT refundable. Trips canceled less than 48hours prior to your departure time are NOT refundable and NOT transferable to a later date unless we are able to rebook your cancelled date.
