Disembarkation at Own Risk. Any person who disembarks, exits, or leaves any vessel operated by Choctawhatchee Bay Fishing Charters LLC for any reason other than an emergency does so voluntarily and at their own risk. Choctawhatchee Bay Fishing Charters LLC shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or accident arising from or related to such disembarkation, including any slip, fall, trip, or other incident occurring while boarding, leaving, or moving to or from the vessel, except to the extent such liability cannot be waived under applicable law.
