Disembarkation at Own Risk. Any person who disembarks, exits, or leaves any vessel operated by Choctawhatchee Bay Fishing Charters LLC for any reason other than an emergency does so voluntarily and at their own risk.

Choctawhatchee Bay Fishing Charters LLC shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or accident arising from or related to such disembarkation, including any slip, fall, trip, or other incident occurring while boarding, leaving, or moving to or from the vessel, except to the extent such liability cannot be waived under applicable law.

Fish Bone Warning: Fish cleaned and filleted by the captain or crew may still contain small bones. While every reasonable effort is made to remove bones during the cleaning process, complete removal cannot be guaranteed. By accepting any cleaned fish, participants acknowledge this possibility and agree to use caution when preparing and consuming the fish. Choctawhatchee Bay Fishing Charters, its owners, captains, and crew are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the presence of fish bones.
